Yolla.Studio Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Information:
- All orders are sent with Royal Mail tracked delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched, allowing you to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Return Policy:
At Yolla.Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. We hope you love our hand-printed dry wax cotton bags and purses, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here's a quick guide to our return policy:
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged with all original tags and labels.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.
Return Process:
1. Contact us at hello@yollastudio.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return authorization number.
3. Please ship the item back to us securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@yollastudio.co.uk. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. In such cases, we cover the return shipping cost.
